What these terms are for
These Terms of Service cover the use of the Twilight 247 website and the way enquiries, quotations and bookings made through it are handled by Twilight 247 Godo Kaisha. A second page, the Terms and Conditions, sets out what applies once a cleaning visit has been booked.
By using this site or sending us an enquiry you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not submit the form; you are welcome to phone us instead.
What the site is meant for
- The contact form is for real enquiries about cleaning a building you own, rent or manage, or one you are authorised to ask about
- Please describe the building honestly, especially its approximate height, the access route and the water supply, because those details decide which equipment is sent
- Text, layout and descriptions may be read and quoted briefly with credit, but not copied wholesale or reused to promote another business
- Please do not try to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, or send automated or bulk messages through the form
From first message to written quotation
An enquiry is not a booking. We read the description, may phone or write back with questions, and then give a written quotation that states the scope, the access method, the expected duration and the price in yen, together with whether consumption tax is included.
The prices shown on the offers page are starting figures for the scope described beside each one. A larger building, more windows than listed or an unusual access route changes the quotation, and we say so before anything is booked. A quotation carries no obligation to proceed.
Arranging and confirming a visit
A visit is booked when you accept the written quotation and we confirm the date by email or phone. Access arrangements, such as who opens the gate, where water can be drawn and where equipment may stand, are agreed with you individually before the day.
Payment terms are stated in the quotation. Nothing is charged through this website; the site has no shop or online checkout.
Where we work and when we reschedule
- Our regular area is Sendai and the neighbouring parts of Miyagi; requests from further away can be discussed case by case
- Rain, strong wind or freezing temperatures can make work unsafe or ineffective, in which case the visit is moved to a new date agreed with you
- Visits are by appointment. We do not operate a round-the-clock or same-night service
A note on the name
“Twilight 247” is the name of our business. It is not a promise of 24-hour or 7-day availability, and nothing on this site should be read that way. Typical reply times are described on the contact page.
Photographs are illustrative
The pictures used on this website are illustrative stock or computer-generated images chosen to show the kind of work, not photographs of buildings we have cleaned. They are not before-and-after evidence, and results on your building will depend on its surfaces, exposure and condition.
Content and third-party sites
The wording, layout and original material on this site belong to Twilight 247 Godo Kaisha. Where the site links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.
Updating these terms
We may revise these terms, the descriptions of our offers and the prices shown from time to time. A booking that has already been confirmed in writing keeps the terms and price that were agreed when it was confirmed.

Those limits are the ones the listed price is based on. They are not a measurement of your building, which we confirm from your description or by looking at it.
We try to keep every page accurate, but a typing slip or an out-of-date figure can happen. If something on the site disagrees with a written quotation, the quotation applies, and we would be glad to hear about the mismatch so we can correct the page.
