Windows that let the daylight back in.
A straightforward visit for houses and low-rise apartments, covering glass, frames and screens together.
HomeClear glass, cleared channels
By the end of the visit, windows are cleaned pane by pane, screens are washed and refitted, and sills are wiped inside and out. The difference is usually visible from inside the house before you've even stepped outside to look.
When windows go a year without attention
Roadside dust and seasonal pollen settle into window channels long before they're obvious on the glass itself. Households on busier streets tend to notice this first — a gradual dulling that's hard to place until it's pointed out. Reaching the upper sashes safely from a household ladder isn't always practical either, which is often what holds people back from dealing with it themselves.
Ground level or stepladder, matched to the house
Most houses and low-rise apartments in Sendai can be reached safely from ground level or a stepladder, so that's the access method used here — nothing more elaborate than the building calls for. Screens come off for a proper wash rather than being wiped in place, and sills get the same attention as the glass.
What a visit looks like
A visit runs two to three hours depending on the number of windows, working through the property methodically rather than rushing between rooms. You don't need to stay close by — access to each window from outside is generally all that's needed, though being reachable by phone is helpful in case anything needs confirming.
¥14,800 for up to fifteen window units
This covers glass, frame and sash cleaning, screen removal and refitting, and sill wiping inside and out, for a visit of two to three hours. Properties with more than fifteen units are priced individually — mention the approximate count when getting in touch.
How progress is tracked
There's no formal scorecard for a residential visit — the result is meant to be visible on the day. What's realistic to expect: glass and frames noticeably clearer, screens free of accumulated grit, and sills wiped down. How long that lasts depends on the road, the season and the property's exposure.
A straightforward approach to satisfaction
If something about the finish isn't right, it's worth mentioning before the visit wraps up so it can be addressed on the spot. There's no obligation attached to an initial enquiry, and a rough quote can be given before anything is booked.
Equipment and conditions for this offer
Ground level with poles / stepladder
Extension poles, household-grade stepladder, microfibre and squeegee kit
Ladder briefing before work starts; stable footing confirmed on arrival
Clear ground access to each window, stable footing area
Heavy rain, high winds, or temperatures below freezing can mean a visit is rescheduled rather than carried out, since surfaces won't dry properly and stepladder work becomes less safe. If this applies on the scheduled day, a new time is arranged directly with you — there's no charge for a weather-related reschedule.
Getting started
Send a message with your address area and roughly how many windows the property has. A time is arranged from there, and the visit itself needs no preparation on your part beyond clear access to the windows.
